Charmaine Panko LLB, C. Med, Q. Arb
A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan College of Law, Charmaine has been practising law for over a decade and has developed a niche practice of settlement focused work for people on the prairies.
Charmaine is the Vice President of the Saskatchewan Branch of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute and is extremely passionate about her work in the field of dispute resolution.
Charmaine is recognized as a Family Mediator under section 44.01 of The Queen's Bench Act, 1998.
Charmaine is the mother of eleven children, the grandmother of two and has been married for twenty-nine years.
Charmaine's unique approach to working with families in transition provides emotional as well as procedural fulfillment for her clients.
Charmaine is the founder of the Saskatoon Mediation Practice Group and is proud to provide Mediation training through Panko Collaborative Law & Mediation's CommonSense Mediation Academy.
Demi Panko Q. Med
The eldest of Charmaine's children, Demi has been with Panko Collaborative Law & Mediation since we opened our doors in 2015.
Demi is the Office Manager for Panko Collaborative Law & Mediation and serves as a Notary in and for the Province of Saskatchewan.
Demi is recognized as a Family Mediator under section 44.01 of The Queen's Bench Act, 1998.
Demi & her husband, Kelly Peters, conduct mediations together as co-mediators. Check out The Marriage Mediators website for more details!
Dyson Panko Cpl
Charmaine's eldest son, Dyson joined our team in 2016 and is our account manager.
In addition to his work as our bookkeeper, Dyson is a reservist with the Canadian Armed Forces.
Dyson enjoys writing, reading, working out, and philosophical debates.
Dyson is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree at the University of Saskatchewan.

Dominique Panko Q. Med
The third eldest daughter of Charmaine, Dominique joined our team in January of 2016.
Dominique specializes in mediation for young couples, roommates, sports organizations and housing organizations.
Dominique has implemented a Mentorship Program for Young Mediators in Saskatchewan and is a member of the Under-40 Conflict Resolution Initiative with the Saskatchewan Branch of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada.
Dominique is recognized as a Family Mediator under section 44.01 of The Queen's Bench Act, 1998.
Dominique enjoys spending time with her dog, taking dance classes, and is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree at the University of Saskatchewan.
Charmaine's fifth child, Donal joined our team in 2018.
Donal is our office assistant, a Commissioner for Oaths, and looks forward to pursuing training in Conflict Resolution.
In Donal's free time, he volunteers as a youth leader at his church and is an entrepreneur salesman.
Donal enjoys playing the guitar, impersonating Ace Ventura & Elvis Presley, and reading.
Madasan Yates BA, JD
Madasan is the newest addition to the Panko Collaborative Law & Mediation team and is joining us as an articling student.
She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Juris Doctor before joining the Dispute Resolution Office - Ministry of Justice & Attorney General as a mediator, facilitator and trainer.
Madasan also sits on the Board of Revision and Saskatoon License Appeal Board for the City of Saskatoon.
In her spare time she enjoys volunteering on the board of directors for Family Service Saskatoon and Special Olympics Saskatchewan - Saskatoon, in addition to spending quality time with her fiancé.
